Save Money: Budget Coach is developed and operated by Rockers, an individual developer ("we", "us"). Save Money is a budgeting app: you import your own bank or card statements, and the app turns them into spending summaries, forecasts and saving suggestions. It is not a bank, it never connects to your bank account, and it cannot move money.

Save Money has no sign up, no login and no backend of its own. Your statements, transactions, categories, goals and forecasts stay in the app's encrypted storage on your device. They are never uploaded to us. We cannot read them, because we never receive them.
Every forecast, budget alert and saving suggestion is calculated on your device by fixed rules. No artificial intelligence service is used, and no financial data is sent to one.

A password you type to open a protected PDF is held in memory for that import only and is never stored. Reading a photographed or scanned statement uses the operating system's own on device text recognition.
Save Money is free and is funded by advertising. Ads are non-personalized: your financial history, transactions, merchants, categories, goals and forecasts are never used as targeting signals and are never sent to an advertising network. The app ships no separate analytics software and does no cross app behavioral tracking.
Ads are served by Google Mobile Ads, which receives the ad request along with device and app identifiers and interaction data needed to show and measure an ad. Google's own privacy information is at business.safety.google/privacy. Where your region requires a consent choice, it is collected through Google's User Messaging Platform and can be changed again from Profile, under the advertising privacy options.
Some actions, such as adding another statement after your first one or exporting your data, offer a short rewarded ad first. If no ad can be loaded, the action goes ahead anyway. Deleting your data is never tied to an ad.
Your statements, transactions, goals and forecasts are not transmitted to anyone. Two services receive data, and neither receives financial content:
We do not sell personal data and do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising.
Where the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK or a similar framework applies, processing your financial documents on the device happens only after your explicit choice in the app, and advertising relies on the consent collected through Google's User Messaging Platform where that consent is required. You can withdraw the in app privacy choice from Profile, under privacy consent. Processing pauses until you accept again. Withdrawing does not by itself erase what is already stored, which you can delete separately.
Local financial records are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and the encryption key is kept in the iOS Keychain. Network requests use HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure.
Because everything lives on your device, losing or wiping the device means losing the data. You can keep your own backup with Profile, Export data. That exported file is deliberately portable and is not encrypted, so keep it somewhere you trust.
Inside the app you can:
Uninstalling the app removes everything it stored. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, to portability, and to complain to your data protection authority. Write to privacy@rockers.dev when an in app control does not resolve your request.
Because we hold no copy of your data and no account identifies you to us, a request to us cannot return or erase what is on your device. The controls above are the effective way to do that.
Save Money is not directed to children under 13, and a higher minimum age may apply where you live.
Forecasts and recommendations are rule based estimates from the history you imported. They produce no legal or similarly significant decision, they do not move money, and they never read a live bank balance. Save Money is a budgeting tool, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
A material change raises the policy version inside the app, and the app then asks you to review and accept the new version before it continues processing your financial data.
